Valuation Report
There are several situations for which you need a valuation report: a mortgage application, an inheritance, a refinance or the division during a divorce. Quick action is often required. As an experienced appraiser, I am happy to help you with the valuation of your home: quickly and expertly. I am affiliated with SCVM, NRVT and NWWI. During the valuation I look at various aspects. The location, layout, finish, the current state and the degree of insulation of the house, among other things, determine the value. I look at comparable houses in the neighborhood that have recently been sold and the market conditions.
I incorporate the results of this research in the valuation report. Because I am affiliated with the Dutch Housing Value Institute (NWWI), you are assured of a quality and reliable appraisal report. So you can be sure that it is recognized by all agencies, such as the bank.
