I work with the following sales step-by-step plan:

First, I come to meet with you without any obligation. I look at the house to make a valuation, advise which sales strategy is best suited to the market and your wishes, and give you an immediate insight into the costs of the upcoming sales process.

Green light? I get to work for you and draw up a mediation agreement in advance in which I record all agreements made. No complex contracts, just clear agreements. That's nice.

Together with you, I make a campaign plan to ensure that your home is perfectly presented. I take care of appealing photos and catchy sales text to reach as many potential buyers as possible.

A viewing remains an exciting moment. I welcome the interested parties, take the time for the tour and answer all their questions. After the viewings you get a message by whatsapp about how the viewing went and what kind of people they were.

Time for the negotiations! I look beyond the highest purchase price, because for an attractive offer not only the price but also the other conditions are important. Together we determine what the best offer is in your situation.

Good news, you've accepted the offer! I handle the administrative processing and make sure all parties sign the purchase agreement.

The last step is the key transfer. After the final inspection, sometimes called the last viewing, we go together to the notary for the delivery and the key transfer. Cheers, to a successful conclusion!
